Shelyn Return & Refund Policy

At shelyn, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • It must be in the original packaging.

    • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Health and hygiene items (e.g., opened skincare, food-related products)

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange an item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
